What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic is a highly skilled treatment by trained professionals. The word chiropractic comes from Greek, meaning “treatment by hand.” It is a branch of the healing arts which is concerned with human health and disease processes. Chiropractic is a drug-free, non-surgical method of treating or preventing disease by manual manipulation of the joints of the body, especially the spinal column. Many chiropractors are also trained in complementary fields, such as nutrition and acupuncture.
